Gary Fennell

Gary Fennell has over 15 years experience in the construction, real estate and facility maintenance fields. He is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute with a concentration in HVAC and refrigeration. Mr. Fennell began his career as a HVAC/R mechanic in 1986. As principal of his own HVAC/R company, he opened F&F Services, Inc. in 1989.

In 1992, Gary went to work for Sutton Place Gourmet as a Maintenance Manager and quickly moved through the ranks to Director of Facilities, Sr. Director of Facilities, Vice President of Real Estate, and ended his career with Sutton as Vice President of Construction. During his tenure with Sutton, Mr. Fennell's accomplishments were numerous. His responsibilities included overall direction of all real estate functions for a $100 million company; design and development of all new constructions and remodels to include fixture selection and procurement, as well as development and management of an annual capital budget of $2.5 million.

In 2005, Mr. Fennell joined The Plamondon Companies as Director of Facilities and Construction where he is responsible for oversight of all aspects of construction and renovation in The Plamondon Companies' Roy Rogers restaurants and Marriott hotels.

A lifelong resident of the Washington Metro Area, Gary and his family currently reside in Rockville, MD. He is a member of ICSC, as well as, an avid outdoorsman, active in his church, a Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 781 and a part-time football coach.
