Katrina Wyand-Yurish

Katrina Wyand-Yurish has more than twenty years experience in Human Resources and Training with a strong background in organizational development. Her consultation in talent management has led to the successful integration of numerous mergers and acquisitions over the course of her career.

As the Director of Human Resources, she provides Plamondon Hospitality Partners with essential leadership to grow talent and improve the employee and customer experience within our various brands.

Prior to joining Plamondon Hospitality Partners, large scale change initiatives was a particular focus for Ms. Wyand-Yurish while working as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant for PNC Financial Services Group, located in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a certified practitioner of change management. Additionally, Ms. Wyand-Yurish held human resources positions at Farmers and Mechanics Bank in Frederick, MD and Mercantile Bank and Trust in Baltimore, MD. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her performance management, dedication to sales and service excellence, and human capital initiatives.

Ms. Wyand-Yurish holds a Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Development, American Society of Training and Development and the Organizational Development Network.
